- United States Postal Money Orders are available in Domestic
and International flavors. If you want to pay someone in
Canada you must use the pink internatinal one.
- Money orders are expensive ($0.90 for domestic and $3.00 for
international) for the buyer, especially if they purchased an
inexpensive item.
- You get your money in 3-10 days and can ship upon receipt.
- Record keeping is simplified because you can ship upon receipt
so if the item is no longer on your shelf it's a done deal.
- Anything that gets mailed has the potential to be lost, stolen
or miss-directed so you need a system that tracks expected money
orders.
